Now that the frame for our cart is complete, we’re going to build some storage features like a cabinet door to hide the propane tank, sliding cabinet drawer for grill accessories, and spice rack!
We used different assembly techniques for each component to secure boards in parallel or side-by-side fashion like dowels for the cabinet door, pocket hole screws and brad nails for the drawer and large 2 1/2″ pocket hole screws for the table top. I’ll show you how to build your own easy cabinet drawers without a router and barn-style doors for any cabinet for a rustic look.
